June 11, 2025

5:30 โ€“ 7:30 PM MT

Location: Horizon Organic offices on Airport Way in Broomfield

At Naturally Colorado, we believe in the power of women to lead transformative changeโ€”at home, in business, and in the world. This summer, we invite you to join us for a special gathering focused on environmental leadership through a uniquely feminine lens.

Together, we'll explore how women are naturally positioned to lead in sustainabilityโ€”drawing on strengths we already hold. From organizing and storytelling to advocacy and care, the skills many of us use daily are the very same tools needed to create impactful, eco-friendly change in our communities and companies.

Featured Speaker: Catherine Musulin, Head of Mission & Sustainability, Horizon Organic Dairy

With over a decade of experience in mission-driven leadership, Catherine will share practical, personal insights on how to lead with authenticity and initiate sustainability efforts that feel aligned and achievable. She'll also speak to the emotional resilience this work requiresโ€”and how we can stay committed without burning out by finding clarity in purpose and strength in community.

After the Talk: Guided Group Discussions

Following Catherine's talk, we'll break into small groups for a facilitated, peer-to-peer exchange of ideas, inspiration, and resources. Discussion topics will include:

  • What Skills Do You Already Have? Recognize and name the personal strengths you already bring to sustainability workโ€”storytelling, care, systems thinking, and more.
  • Leading Authentically (Even When It's Uncomfortable). Share moments where you've pushed for change and explore how to stay grounded when challenging the status quo.
  • Building Your Resilience Toolkit. Discuss how to stay engaged and energized long-term through boundaries, joy, purpose, and community care.
  • Circle Creators: How to Start or Grow a Local Group. Exchange ideas for starting or growing a sustainability circle, club, or community initiative.

What to Expect:

  • An opportunity to speak with representatives from the League of Women Voters, Colorado's Green Business Network, & Nude Foods Market
  • A 10โ€“15 minute keynote from Catherine Musulin
  • Breakout groups with handouts and guided discussion prompts
  • Space to reflect, share, and connect meaningfully
  • Light snacks and refreshments provided
  • A warm, inclusive environment for all genders and identities

There will also be a raffle that all guests are invited to enter. The winner will receive a YEAR long membership to Nude Foods Market!

Nude Foods Market is the easiest way to shop zero-waste for organic and local groceries in Boulder and Denver. Everything is on the shelves already in a returnable glass jar, so all you have to do is shop, drop off your empty jars, and shop again.

We're raffling off a free year-long Nude Foodie membership, valued at $180! Anyone can shop at Nude Foods Market, but members get perks like:

  • No jar fees!
  • Access to our $3 member sale shelf
  • 10% off select products
  • Additional discounts
  • Keeping the planet healthy and thriving for generations to come

Whether you're already leading sustainability efforts or just getting started, this evening is about connecting with your purposeโ€”and with others walking the same path. Let's lead together, naturally.
