There is a lot to consider in developing, producing, and launching your product into retail. This event will help you understand many of the details you need to consider to make that happen. Retail Readiness brings together key experts in the field of Product Development, Manufacturing, and Logistics to help provide insight into how to make sure your product is developed, made, and shipped to be retail ready.

We have an amazing line up of experts: Jenna Hartter​ from BravoCPG, Mike Gabel​ from the CSU Food Innovation Center and Adam Happ​ from logistics firm, CH. Robinson. They will present key retail readiness insights and then participate in a panel discussion and Q&A moderated by Todd Powers​ of Operations CPG.

Mike Gabel will talk about getting your recipe ready to scale:

• Anticipating problems before scaling
• Simplifying your recipe and process

Jenna Hartter will talk about setting up strategic co-manufacturing partnerships and effective operations cadences:

• How to set yourself up for success with your co-manufacturer
• How to build an internal cadence of strong Sales & Operations Planning

Adam Happ will talk about overcoming supply chain challenges and driving retail readiness:

• Minimizing the impact of unforeseen events and ensuring supply continuity
• Ensuring an agile supply chain solution that will flex as demand changes

There will be a 30-minute mingling period starting at 4:30pm before the program begins at 5:00pm. There will also be a networking period after the Q&A ends at 6:30pm. Food and beverages will be provided at no cost for all attendees.
